Bring your swimwear, two towels (one for sitting on in the sauna, and one for drying off at the end of the session) and a water bottle - staying hydrated makes a big difference.

Our wood-fired sauna typically sits around 80–90°C. It is a proper Nordic-style heat, softened by steam from olivine stones.

Each sauna session is 50 minutes. That is plenty of time for a full hot-and-cold cycle — most people manage two or three rounds of sauna and plunge within their slot.

Yes, when used sensibly. Enter slowly, never dive or jump in, and listen to your body - a short dip is all you need to feel the benefits. Our sessions are supervised, and our team is always on hand to guide you. If you have a heart condition or are pregnant, please speak to your GP before taking part.

The sauna door is accessible and there is no step at the entrance. Access varies a little from venue to venue, so if you have specific accessibility needs please contact us ahead of the event and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Bookings are held for 15 minutes at checkout while you complete payment. Refunds and transfers are handled in line with each event's terms - generally you can cancel or move your slot up to 48 hours before your session. If we have to cancel due to weather, you will be refunded in full.

Your sauna booking is separate from the event itself. Some host events require an entry ticket or wristband to be on site, so check the event's own details before booking your recovery session.

Yes - subject to availability. Sessions are popular and slots do sell out, so we recommend booking ahead through the event page to be safe. If there is space on the day, come and find us at the dock and we will get you in.
