We bring the benefits of contrast therapy directly to you with our fully portable sauna tents and cold plunge pools, creating a recovery experience wherever you need it.
As passionate lovers of the outdoors and water sports - especially stand-up paddleboarding - we discovered the incredible physical and mental benefits of combining heat and cold, and we knew we wanted to share that experience with others.
We believe recovery should be just as accessible as the adventure itself, which is why The Recovery Dock is perfectly suited to outdoor events, festivals, races, and sporting competitions - particularly those on the water.

Our Equipment
The portable saunas are quick to set up, built to last, and perfect for life outdoors—whether we're by the beach, beside a lake, or at an event. Our KABINXL setup comfortably seats 10-12, has a powerful wood-fired stove with olivine stones and cedar wood benches, and to cool off, we have a twin plunge pool to complete your recovery session.
Whether you're organising a local paddle meet-up, a challenge, a race, or a weekend festival, our mobile sauna and cold plunge experience adds a unique touch that participants will remember long after they've left the water.

“We where spectating at a stand up paddle event in Burton in the cold.... I am not a big fan of a saunas but this was a sauna tent with multiple windows and space inside... loads of space to sit stand not cartwheel space though. we book in and oh my word HOT but not to hot, chatted and relaxed but then the cold plunge was offered no no no oh ok let's do it first timer brrrr cold, I went straight back in the sauna to heat up. Easy booking, Great safety brief before, water offer afterwards. 100% recommend”
